CRM manager
DUTIES:
- Customer support for integration out/into our CRM
- Generating My SQL reports
- Analysis of received data from reports, understanding of CRM technical processes
- Acquainting new teams with CRM integration
- Timely editing of leads for correct submission
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of My SQL
- Basic understanding of metrics/conversion (ROI, Conversion rate, etc.)
- Important: prompt response to the situation with volumes of traffic!
